These Terms govern your use of Raptix AI's website, console, on-device agents, browser extension, and email connectors (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
What Raptix does
Raptix detects and blocks scams, phishing, malware, and unsafe content, explains why something was risky, and — if you connect a mailbox — scans new incoming email and can quarantine dangerous messages. Protection features vary by plan and platform.
Your responsibilities
- Use the Service only on accounts and devices you own or are authorized to protect.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- For households, the account owner is responsible for the members they add and for any consent required for minors.
- Don't abuse, probe, or resell the Service.
Security-tool disclaimer
No security product catches everything. Raptix materially reduces risk but cannot guarantee that every threat is blocked or that a safe message is never flagged. The Service is provided “as is” and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Always use your own judgment before acting on any message.
Subscriptions
Paid plans bill as described at purchase (annually or month-to-month). Early-access pricing is locked at renewal as advertised. You can cancel anytime; service continues through the paid period.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect any mailbox at any time. We may suspend accounts for misuse or to protect the Service. On termination, connected-mailbox access is revoked and stored connections are deleted per the Privacy Policy.
